He is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area and has been involved with over a thousand residential, commercial and land deals involving coastal, rural and urban properties. Eric began his real estate career in title and escrow in Half Moon Bay and Pacifica, later becoming sales manager in San Mateo and San Francisco. He progressed into technology as a trainer for clients throughout the western United States and Hawaii. After acquiring his real estate license, he shifted to property sales, where he has maintained his strong network and excelled at pricing, marketing and negotiation. In 2009, Eric was recruited by his brokerage to manage his office. He proudly took on this role, helping his company get through that rough market. Having now served over 10 years, with the last five as manager of Coldwell Banker San Mateo, Eric is excited and ready to utilize his impressive expertise in property sales.

Eric's professional achievements and community involvement reflect his dedication to the real estate industry. After being named the first Affiliate of the Year by the San Mateo County Association Board of REALTORS®, he went on to serve on the board as a title and escrow representative and later president of the organization. He is also Region 25 Chair of the California Association of REALTORS®. Friendly and outgoing, Eric is often asked to emcee at auctions and events and remains involved in local charities like NCEFT, which offers equestrian therapy for disabled kids, adults and veterans. Whether serving his clients or mentoring agents, Eric fully understands the importance of listening, acting and goal setting.

Eric grew up in Half Moon Bay where he has established everlasting relationships with friends, neighbors and community leaders. He enjoys the life he and his wife Katie have built here. The two love spending time with their two pups, Sedona and Truffle, and their grown children.
