Eric has served as the President of the San Mateo County Association Board of REALTORS® and Region 25 Chair of the California Association of REALTORS®.

Whether mentoring other agents or attending to his clients, Eric fully understands the importance of listening and goal setting. He has successfully listed and sold coastal, rural, and urban properties and has represented clients from all walks of life.

 

Eric provides his sellers with a strong network of potential buyers and is skilled at pricing and negotiation. His properties are marketed on as many as 700 websites, including his own, where buyers can find the latest homes on the market and gain full-service access to mortgage, title, and insurance providers.

Known for his outgoing personality and dedication to his ever-growing circle of family, friends, and clients, Eric’s always the first to step up and give back to his community. A lifelong learner, he utilizes his talents as an accomplished amateur chef to support fundraisers and charities, including the NCEFT equestrian therapy for disabled kids, adults, and veterans. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the San Mateo County Sheriff's Activity League. He and his wife, Katie, raised their two children in San Carlos, and they love spending time traveling and enjoying new adventures.
